Filling out CLCA membership information?
This is the member information that CLCA needs to identify you as a CLCA member.
-Be sure to enter all the name, cottage address, home mailing address, email address information completely.
-Be sure to input the VERIFICATION code at the bottom of the form (this verifys that you're a real person, and helps us prevent internet spammers from randomly filling out our forms)
-Do Not 'copy & paste' OR allow your browser to 'auto-fill' the input information to any fields (this is often mis-read by some browsers, causing error)
-Click on the 'Submit' button at the bottom of the form

Note: If you are incomplete in filling any of the required information, you will see a simple error screen that tells you what you missed….  

For Example...

Example #1:
An error occurred while processing the form . The form required some values that you did not seem to provide. Please enter...

OR

Example #2: (this is the most common error/problem)

The above error message tells me that I input incorrect "VERIFICATION code" in the box at the bottom of the form (this verifys that you're a real person) OR that I left this box empty/blank. [click to see example]
 
 

Paying by Credit Card (with OR without a PayPal account)?

You do NOT need to have a PayPal membership to use this on-line credit card payment process)

1) AFTER clicking the button (on the previous CLCA screen),

2) you will then go to a PayPal screen...Once at the PayPal screen...

    a) - IF you have a PayPal account then you can click the button that looks like this:

 

 
OR

    b) - IF you do not have a PayPal account then you can click the button that looks like this:

          so that you can just pay with any credit card on the Secure payment system...

3) and then just complete the credit card info under the heading...

"Don't have a PayPal account?
Pay with your debit or credit card..."
......................................................

 

                         ...then just click the "Review and Continue" button...

4) and on the final page, verify your order info, and click to finalize.

Problems with your on-line transaction?    
The secure credit card processing has excellent security checks to ensure protection of our information. Sometimes their measures can be a 'pain', but it's all for our own good!

Here are some suggestions if your transaction doesn't seem to go through...

1) your name & address details must be same as on your credit card (if not the same, the transaction may not be accepted by the secure credit card processor).

2 ) know where your AVS (CVV) number is (3 or 4 digits on back of card). For example: 'verified by Visa' - This site supports Verified by Visa - an extra security layer for shopping online. If your financial institution supports Verified by Visa, you may be asked to verify your identity at checkout. this may be a password that you have previously selected at your bank, or during a previous on-line credit card purchase. this only has to be done once.
