CLCA Water Quality and Invasive Species | |
Crystal Lake has a volunteer Lake Steward who has historically conducted tests on our lake for invasive species such as zebra mussels, as well as water quality and clarity. To date, Crystal lake has tested negative for zebra mussels. As shown in report, Crystal Lake is on the high end of being a Mesotrophic Lake or at the low end of an Oligotrophic Lake. This means that the nutrient loading of our lake is low to slightly moderate. In 2012 water quality and invasive species testing will continue and we will post the results on this page as they come available. See the Full Report here! CLCA |
